Beautifully designed and flawless place, I greatly enjoyed incredibly friendly personnel.
The location was beautiful, near Roker Methodist Church. Overall my stay was lovely and would return there.

The rooms were pet-friendly and extremely pleasant here with a loverly bed and good heating. It had an electric kettle and refrigerators. The location was stunning - short walk to Stadium of Light, Sunderland near Roker beach and marina.

We loved it, did not want to leave there, would recommend. Everything was lovely, had a really enjoyable stay at a great value for money guesthouse. They gave us a beautifully decorated room with all the bedroom, good heating plus coffee. The location was excellent, and the incredible breakfast was offered. There were the main shopping centre and a large supermarket around the hotel.

An incredible base for a long stay. Spacious room with good heating, all the bedroom, as example. Cereals and eggs served for breakfast. Perfect location really near to the sea front with views of the sea. Based just next door to beach or events, coast and park and the Stadium of Light.
